Online Care Plan Email Confirmation

When doing Online Care Reports, we should be confirming with the client that they are receiving any form submissions completed during testing. 

When completing a form on a company's website you should take the confirmation email from that form and forward it to the recipient email address at the company.

For example, if running filling out the Contact Us form for Mercurynewmedia.com, you should receive a confirmation email that you filled that form out. Check to see who the recipient of the form is for the client Mercury New Media.  In this case, it is Chris Karlo.  Take the confirmation email and forward that to Chris, asking if he received the form associated with the confirmation email.
